Dedicated changelog link not working from activity feed

Hinweis: Waiting on decisions whether we should keep modal link or implement a dedicated page for changelog entries.
When clicking a changelog entry from the activity feed, it opens the changelog page with ?entry=<id> (entry being the param), but doesn't open the entry in a modal which is not intended.
If you fully refresh the page, it works. This indicates a state or hydration issue. Will look into fixing this or just adding dedicated view pages altogether.
