A simple Server Hop addon for Garry's Mod.

This is a Server Hop addon I made for Garry's Mod back in 2014/2015. It relies on a MySQL database right now, but may be recoded one day to support on disk and other database types.

Installation

  1. Create a MySQL database and import the mysql.sql file. Note down the database host, port, username, and password.
  2. Insert your servers into the servers table.
  3. Copy the addons/serverhop directory to your Garry's Mod server's addons/ directory.
  4. Configure the database details in addons/serverhop/lua/shp_server.lua.
  5. Setup a web server with PHP and add the web files. You'll want to make a cron job that'll execute the refreshserverlist.php file.
